Should I Make An Appointment to Bring My Pet to the Vet?
Ideally, yes. We understand that people are busy and that time is valuable so we work very hard to try to respect our clients’ time. Under normal circumstances, it is best to make an appointment so that we can schedule the necessary time needed to address your and your pet’s needs. That said, there may be times when you cannot make an appointment, such as when there is a life or death situation like when a pet that has consumed poison or a pet has been hit by a car. In these circumstances, all normally scheduled activities are immediately stopped to attend to the critical emergency case. If you are faced with a life or death situation, please come in immediately. If you can call us on your way here and give us the details of the situation, we will be in a better position to respond even faster. Thankfully, these situations are rare. Please understand that if you choose not to make an appointment, we will try to fit you in but those clients who scheduled appointments will be seen first and you may have to wait to be seen.
